Do I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

No, sorry, we don’t issue refunds. You must cancel your NounPro or NounTeam subscription before it renews each year (or monthly for legacy plans) in order to avoid being charged during your next billing period. Noun Project will bill the monthly or yearly fees associated with your Pro subscription plus any applicable tax to the credit card you provide to us during registration (or to a different credit card if you change your account information).

NounPro and NounTeam subscriptions are prepaid and are non-refundable. It is a member’s responsibility to cancel their account before billing renews. NOUN PROJECT DOES NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR ANY PARTIAL MONTHS OR YEARS.

You may cancel your Noun Project account at anytime, and cancellation will be effective immediately. Should you elect to cancel your Premium Account, please note that you will not be issued a refund for the most recently (or any previously) charged monthly fees.
