If you've accidentally downloaded the same icon multiple times and were charged more than once, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a refund and we'll be happy to take care of it for you. Please be sure to send along your email, username, and the name of the duplicate icon purchase so we can quickly assist you.
If you have a Premium account and accidentally consumed more than 1 license for multiple downloads, we are currently unable to credit your account with that license, however you can still get your download back. Once you've used up all your downloads for the month, you may download your extra license by choosing an icon to download, then selecting Download under Attribution. This will give you a free download but you do not need to attribute since you have already paid for this license.
