Add-on not appearing in Slides

1) Make sure you have cookies turned on within your browser.

2) Turn off browser plugins and extensions

3) Clear cache and cookies

4) Turn offline settings off and on again

  1. On your computer, open the Google Slides home screen.
  2. In the top left, click Menu .
  3. Click Settings.
  4. If "Offline" is on, turn it off.

If the above does not resolve the issue, you may have a proxy server or firewall blocking access to our site. If using a work computer, please request your I.T. department to confirm your network can access

Use Internet Explorer on PC or Safari on Mac to confirm this domain has been cleared.

Lastly, older versions of macOS (i.e. El Capitan) or Windows (i.e. Windows 7) may need to be upgraded to resolve the issue.
